What do I have to do to receive my award?
As a seller on elopage, you are automatically a member of the elopage Creators Club. So you don't need to do anything else to be eligible. As soon as you have reached your first milestone, you will be notified by email.
Please note that sellers who have already made sales on elopage before the launch of the elopage Creators Club in March 2023 will only receive a notification when they reach their next milestone. No awards will be issued retroactively.
Before we send your incentive or award, we ask you to confirm your delivery address via the notification email. Your incentive or award will only be sent after your feedback.
When will I receive my award?
As soon as you have reached a certain gross sales volume on our platform, you will receive a notification by email. Your turnover will be counted starting from your registration.
After the successful feedback to your delivery address, we will complete your incentive / award and send it within 7 business days. Our Premium Awards are custom, so a delivery time of up to 6 weeks can be expected.
What name is on my award?
You decide which name is on your award. When confirming your delivery address, you will be asked to enter your desired name for your award.
Where are awards delivered?
We send awards within Germany.
How long does it take to receive my award after confirming my delivery address?
Upon reaching a milestone in the Business Stage, your incentive will be sent within 7 business days.
From the Premium Stage onward, your details will first be checked by us and your specially made award will be commissioned. Our Premium Awards are custom, so a delivery time of up to 6 weeks can be expected.
Are the stages counted per account?
In principle, yes. If you would like to add up the revenue of multiple accounts to reach a milestone, please contact us by email at awards@elopage.com.
How can I share my success with the community?
Be proud of your milestone and share it on social media. We recommend taking a photo of yourself and your award or incentive and sharing it in your feed as well as in your story. Be sure to use our hashtags, such as #elopageCreatorsClub, so we can repost your success!
Is it possible to apply for several awards, e.g. for other business partners?
Yes, you can contact us at awards@elopage.com to request an additional award at your own expense.
How much does an elopage Creators Club award cost?
Your success is priceless for us. That's why we cover the costs of your award.
I don't want to receive any awards. Can I unsubscribe from the elopage Creators Club?
In each notification by email, you have the option to unsubscribe from the elopage Creators Club in the footer.
I reached a milestone but didn't receive a notification. How do I receive my award?
The elopage Creators Club will start in March 2023. From this date on, you will be notified of your incentive by email when you reach your next milestone. Please also check if the email has landed in your spam folder. If you have unsubscribed from elopage Creators Club in the past or have not received a notification, please contact us by email at awards@elopage.com.
Can I be excluded from the elopage Creators Club?
We reserve the right to exclude accounts from the awards if:
- the products sold by the respective seller have an unusually high number of negative reviews or have an extraordinarily high level of support.
- there are an excessive number of returns and chargebacks about the products.
- the products sold violate applicable law and regulation and/or our General Terms and Conditions.
